The Black Out

Ikara-o-Kage's Midnight Domain...

About Ikara and Kage

Her name is something not many of her friends know.  Those that do know it are few and far between as well as close to her heart.
Ikara is the lighter half of the abomination that graced this earth with her pressence at 9:17 on October the 6th in the year of the rooster, 1993.  Kage is her counter balance.  The darker half to the equation.  Dark and Light combine to make a mind that is both dark and light, giving it the ablity to think in terms of slaughter and sadism and in terms of love and joy.  Ikara is the child of many years of love from her mother friends and family, while Kage is the product of the world's cruelty, chains, blood, and death.  It is mostly Kage that people see, the protective elder of the two that wishes to sheild the lighter half from the world to protect it.  Ikara only comes into the light of the world when the friends of the two manage to charm her from her room deep in the mind of the creation that the world sees...

Yeah, I'm psyco like that.  I have my little alter-egos that are me and what I show to the world.  But yeah, that's me in a nut shell.  I'm a rather nice person until someone desides to mess with me, then everybody knows to stay away as 'Kage' comes out to play.
Above is a real-life picture of me, my friend took it with my phone when she desided to put that retched hat on me. >.<  But anyway.
I grew up and still live in a little town of which I will not say, but I will tell you this.  Yes. I am a little southern devil from hell.  Yes. I have the accent and all, drawl included if you catch me right.  No. I am not a red-neck idiot like most people seem to think Southerners are, sure we have a lot of them but I am not one of those people.
I was at one point in time a bleach-clonde naturally, it grew darker as I grew older and is dark blonde in this picture.  Now it is copper-tone red and getting redder.  Never died and only cut twice, both times it was a trim, so my hair is hella long.
I have six cats, three siamese, two cross-breed siamese, and a little black kitty named Panther. ^.^ I love that little black mouser.
I am also a proud member of the U.S.N.S.C.C. Wiregrass Division.  The boys that make up the unit with me are my family and I will kill for them, especially the one that left us for the Navy.  I am also death proud of my country.  If you don't like that, get the fuck out of it.
I am what most people around my area call a 'freak', I tell them thank you and move on.  I wear Tripps and choker collars with wristbands and black t-shirts.  I have the largest collection of said type of clothing in my area, only out-ranked by maybe one person.
I also sleep with swords, three samurai swords and a set of two ninja blades.  Plus any number of shuriken and other pointy and deadly objects. ^^;
And, yeah before someone gets the bright idea and asks, I was dropped on my head as a baby. ^^ More then once because I was climbing before I was walking. ^^;

The Other Me : The Gamer

If you didn't pick up on the title of this section. Yes, I am a basic gamer, not like 'OMG fry my brain with battle tactics' gamer, but a gamer still. If you wish to ask me about one, I'll help where I can. I can't guarantee perfection but I will guarantee an effort.

Now, I also have a rating down by each one. That is what I rate it out of five. (*) Stars are my ratings at the begining of each line, if it is at the end it is marking a note. See Bottom. If their is a heart (♥) by it, that means I find it to be an addicting game that I can't get enough of, and that in turn means I probably read/write fan-fictions involving characters from it ♥.♥ If it is by the entire series, then it means I read fics about anyone of them and that says nothing for the game in it self. If it is an anime-based game, and there is a heart by it, then I read from the anime, not the game.

What games do I play?

The Other Me: The Writer

Yes, the crazy woman writes. I am an author of poetry and fanfictions, if the later was not painfully obvious by the above section. I do belive I have links to my poems and to my fanfictions, but I thought it necessary to explain those works in proper detail to those of you on here, and to anyone that finds this page.

My poems are normally brought on by an emotional moment, be it anger or sadness or something in the middle. There are rare times when I will write poetry just to get it out of my head and those are normally my more random ones. Most of my poems offer a glimpse into my soul that nothing else can, and then only few are able to interpret my meaning behind it and see what I was writting. They are sort of my vent for life. I will write for a request on certain occasions and if I feel strongly enough about the subject to write about it, as is the case with my poem 'Warriors in the Sand'. It is often that my poems are written in a time of need, be it for understanding or comfort. Numerous poems that I have written came out as a cry to the world to stop and look at what they have done to it, and to the minds of those too blind to see the truth of reality. 'Rebel', 'Imperfect', and 'Do You Remember Your Name?' are prime examples of this. When I write for confort, it is normally a poem that questions you; a lot. 'Imperfect' and 'Why Do I Remember...' are two that instantly come to mind when I think of this sort of my poetry. Sometimes I will get inspiration from a friend to write a poem, as it is from their point of view, but those are never released from my notebook as they are private thoughts of that person from my point of view. I will write about someone on occasion and not realize it, I did this at Recruit Training and wrote about someone that I see as my 'Guardian Angel'. The poem that came of those thoughts is 'My Dreams'. Most of my poems are triggered by emotion however and can range from suicide poems, such as 'Rusty Blade', to a world inside a world mindset narative such as 'Midnight Talents'. If I get realy thoughtful however, they will come in droves of ideas that I link togeter to create one thing, one of my 'abilities' if you will.

Now about my fanfictions. I watch waaay too much anime and read way too many fanfictions to my selected animes. I will admit it! I am an addict. But hey, at least it is a healthy addiction, right? All of my fanfictions are 'oc fics' if you will. I make a character or two and weave them into the story line, be it after the series, before to explain something the creators left out, or during it to fill space or add something to it. I try to create my characters without influence of other exsisting original characters belonging to other authors, but I sometimes fail and draw from them to create mine without knowing it. One of my characters is something I think no one has come up with yet, and I based it off of a legend and how that legend seemed to make me picture the base creature. I doubt I'll release her from her tank just yet though, as I am trying to work kinks out of her story line and the story that will go with it. I have made an entire series of characters based off of one anime and all of said characters are linked together, I was in forth grade at the time and went waaay out of proportion with the Sakara clan and the Inu Yasha story line...but whatever the details I have done that before. Now I do one to two, maybe three, main oc's with a linked story line to a few others that may or may not appear in one of my stories. As of late however, I have found myself addicted to writing 'one-shots'. Short and sweet and yet I can get my mental relief by getting them out of my head and on to the paper/screen. Those little creatures do wonders for your sanity when ideas are fighting left and right to be used and are tearing one's mind appart by triggering other ideas to pop up and then the plot bunnies get out of their cages and start running around again and all hell breaks loose and I go crazy on some poor unfortunate soul and they get mad at me for going off on them and the all hell really breaks loose and I get iritated and so on and so on till somethign drastic happens and we all slow down long enough for me to kill a few bunnies and pet a few others and for me to chain a few ideas down and work on them. But yeah, now you know what I am doing on any random day when things are slightly slow in the outside world... or when ever I get five minutes of peace.
